Two new works by Natasha Gadd & Rhys Graham are being exhibited in the new National Portrait Gallery as part of the My Favourite Australian exhibition which will be opened in Canberra on the 4th December, 2008.

The works, commissioned by the NPG and ABC TV are film portraits of two of the people voted among Australia's top 30 'Favourite Australians'. The first, of Socceroo and football icon Johnny Warren, is comprised of lyrcially edited archival footage while the other, of 'unsung hero' Rosa Guglielmino was shot on Red-1 by Katie Milwright.

Other good news, Lynette Wallworth's 'Evolution of Fearlessness', edited by Rhys Graham, will be screening at the Sundance Film Festival as part of their New Frontier Program. 'Evolution of Fearlessness' was recently exhibited at the Melbourne Festival (read about it here) to great acclaim. Congratulations to Lynette!
