Boorun's Canoe

Boorun's Canoe

Short Film, colour, 8 mins, 2013

Collaborating with Melbourne Museum’s Bunjilaka Aboriginal Cultural Centre, Daybreak Films produced a short film about the Boorun's Canoe project, a collaborative exhibition by Gunai Artist Steaphan Paton and Photographic Artist Cam Cope, lead by Senior Gunai Elder Uncle Albert Mullett.

The film is installed in the Bunjilaka Centre as part of 'First Peoples', a series of exhibitions which, through the voices and languages of our Koorie community, tells the story of Aboriginal Victoria from the time of Creation to today.
